Guild Application

This is the application to create a guild. You MUST be a level 15 or higher to create a guild. If you're looking to join a guild, you must be level 5 or higher and ask to apply under an approved guild profile. It will be the founder's choice whether to accept you or not.

Ranks: (You need at least 3 Guild Ranks, with 1 being the Founder which has control over everything)

Description:

Guild Insignia: (Optional; a symbol or picture that will represent your guild)

Guild Motto: (Also optional; a sentence or phrase that your guild will use)

Extra: (Anything guild members would need to know, such as join requirements, expectations, or rules regarding activity)
